Infinite Cleaning Solution — Midland, TX
1. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or if we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, your $88.00 deposit will be forfeited.
2. Property Access
Customers must ensure that the property is accessible at the scheduled time. This includes unlocking gates and securing pets. If we are locked out, the cancellation policy applies.
3. Utilities Requirement
For all exterior services, Infinite Cleaning Solution requires access to a functioning exterior water spigot. If water is unavailable on-site, we may be unable to complete the service, and the deposit will be forfeited.
4. Weather Policy
In the event of extreme West Texas weather (high winds, storms, or freezing temperatures), Infinite Cleaning Solution reserves the right to reschedule for safety. Your deposit will remain valid and transfer to the new date.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
Our mission is to leave your home as a sanctuary. If you are not satisfied with our work, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address the issue at no additional cost.
